Pallets of Texas

If you are shopping for pallets in Dallas-Fort Worth that operations can depend on, you are in the right place.

Pallets of Texas is a family-owned pallet manufacturer that builds wood pallets at our facility on West Ledbetter Drive in southwest Dallas and runs delivery throughout North Texas.

We are a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, we hold a 4.7-star rating across 19 Google reviews, and we take pallet orders ranging from a single stack to a recurring truckload contract.

Wooden Pallets Built and Stocked in Dallas

We buy and sell new, used, and recycled wooden pallets in standard and custom sizes. Every pallet order leaves our Dallas warehouse after a quality control inspection, and the same quality check applies whether the stock is new or recycled. You also get an account manager whose direct line you can call for a real status update instead of a ticket number, which is the practical difference between a regional pallet supplier and a national one.

Heat-Treated Wood Pallets

Heat-Treated Wood Pallets

ISPM 15-compliant pallets for export freight, quality-checked and heat-treated for resistance to pests and decay.

We also supply custom crates, skids, and corrugated boxes, and we run in-house pallet repair and pallet recycling for customers who want existing pallet inventory kept in service rather than replaced. Contact our team for details on any of these.

Grade A Pallets and Grade B Options

Grade is a quality descriptor rather than a marketing one, and Grade A is our default. Grade A stock is structurally sound, clean, and consistent enough for customer-facing freight and automated handling equipment. Grade B pallets are available on request and make sense for businesses running internal staging, one-way shipping, or any job where cosmetic pallet condition does not affect the outcome.

Understanding grade is the fastest way to control what pallets cost. Buyers often order Grade A pallets for work that Grade B handles perfectly well, then pay a premium the job never required. Tell our team the load weight, the travel distance, and whether your customer sees the pallet, and we will match you to the right grade rather than the most expensive one. Confirming pallet grade before you order is the easiest way to cut your pallet spend.

Custom Pallets Made to Your Specifications

Standard pallets do not fit every load. We design and build custom pallets to specific dimensions, including 40x48, 44x44, 44x42, and 40x40, along with crates and skids sized for equipment and specialized freight. Precision machinery maintains uniformity across the run, so the hundredth pallet matches the first and quality does not drift between batches.

There is no minimum order on custom pallet work. We strive to create a pallet that matches your load weight, fork access, and racking setup, whether you need six custom wood pallets or six thousand. Our team analyzes your specific needs before quoting, so send load weight and handling details up front if speed matters.

Heat Treated Pallets for Export Shipping

Wood packaging used in international shipping typically needs to meet ISPM 15, and our heat-treated pallets are processed to that standard. Heat treatment improves resistance to pests and decay and extends the working life of the pallet. Customers exporting through DFW Airport or shipping into Mexico should check what their destination requires, then order heat-treated pallets rather than untreated stock.

Pallet Buyback Program

Used pallets stack up faster than most operations can move them out, and that pallet inventory occupies floor space you are already paying for. Our pallet buyback program turns those used pallets back into cash or credit, and customers can run it alongside a standing pallet order.

Truckload Quantities

For truckload volumes, we schedule a pallet pickup directly at your dock. If your used pallets accumulate steadily rather than all at once, we can place a drop trailer at your site depending on your volume and how your yard is laid out. You load it as pallets come off the floor instead of staging everything for one pickup. Drop trailer logistics work particularly well for distribution centers in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with continuous inbound freight.

Smaller Quantities

Anything below a truckload can be brought to our Dallas facility on West Ledbetter Drive. There is no minimum here either. A few dozen used pallets against a warehouse wall are still worth bringing in, and dropping them off clears the space fastest.

How Buyback Prices Are Set

Two things drive buyback prices, quantity and pallet condition. Tell us how many pallets you have, what sizes they are, and what shape they are in, and our team quotes from that. We purchase used 48x40 cores in the highest volume, and the better the quality on arrival, the stronger the price. Damaged pallets are still worth quoting, because our repair line can return usable stock to service rather than scrapping it. Contact the team with a rough count, and we will come back with a number.

Cash or Credit Toward Your Next Order

You choose how you get paid. We pay cash, or we apply the value as credit toward your next pallet order. Buyers running a steady replacement cycle can take the credit, which offsets new pallet inventory without money moving in either direction.

Pallet Delivery Across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Austin

We run local pallet delivery within a 200-mile radius of both Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin, which covers nearly all of North Texas and a wide stretch of Central Texas.

Across North Texas, that delivery area includes Dallas County, Tarrant County, Denton County, Collin County, Rockwall County, Ellis County, Kaufman County, Johnson County, and Parker County. From our southwest Dallas location, we handle regular pallet delivery to Fort Worth, Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Garland, Mesquite, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Denton, Lewisville, Carrollton, Richardson, Duncanville, DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Lancaster, and Waxahachie.

Inside the city, we serve the industrial corridors our customers actually operate in, including Northwest Dallas along Stemmons Freeway, Pleasant Grove, Wynnewood, Mountain Creek, and the Redbird area. Austin sits at the southern edge of our delivery area and is served out of our Dallas facility rather than a second yard, so build a little extra lead time into Austin pallet delivery dates.

Need delivery outside that area? Contact us, and we will work a solution through our partner network.

Free Pallet Pickup at Our Dallas Facility

Pickup is free at 5711 W. Ledbetter Drive, Dallas, TX 75236. Standard pallets are often ready for pickup within one business day. Collecting in person also lets you inspect pallet quality on the dock before you load. For customers near the facility, it is usually the quickest and most reliable way to get an order moving.

How Pallet Pricing Works in North Texas

What pallets cost depends on the specification, which is why we quote rather than publish a price list. Four things shape the number. Size and construction come first, since a 48x48 build uses more lumber than a standard unit. Grade comes next, because Grade A and Grade B are different products with different quality profiles. Heat treatment adds a process step. Quantity matters too, since bulk pallet orders are quoted differently from one-off purchases.

Lumber prices move, so a published number would be out of date almost immediately. Send us your size, quantity, and pallet grade, and our team will come back with real prices. Bulk discounts are available for high-volume and repeat pallet customers across North Texas.

Why Dallas-Fort Worth Companies Choose Us

Wood pallets from the Pallets of Texas asset library

National pallet suppliers often carry hefty ordering minimums, and their sales contact rarely has direct access to the production floor. Working with a reliable local pallet manufacturer removes that gap. Your account manager can walk out to the floor and check on your pallet build in person, so answers come back at the speed of a phone call.

Our expertise is in matching quality products to the job rather than upselling. Every pallet is inspected for strength and durable construction before it ships, we hit our delivery windows on more than 99% of pallet orders, and we source lumber from reputable distributors alongside recycled and upcycled wood. None of that changes with order size. A North Texas business ordering forty wood pallets gets the same inspection and the same account manager as a customer ordering four thousand. For Texas businesses that want reliable pallet supply, consistent grading, and high-quality pallets from a local source, that is the point of buying regional. Contact the company directly, and you reach someone who can see the inventory on the floor.
