You need pallets that show up when promised and don't fall apart after three trips through your warehouse. We manufacture high-quality pallets at our Dallas facility on Ledbetter Drive and deliver across Mountain Creek and the broader southwest Dallas area. What you order is what shows up, built to spec, within the timeframe we commit to.
No minimum orders on any product or service. No national logistics layers between your order and the production floor. When you call, you reach a person who can walk out to the facility and give you a real status update on the spot.
Our standard 48x40 pallet handles up to 4,500 pounds and is the most common size across DFW warehouses and distribution operations. We build it with Grade A lumber as the default. For loads or equipment that do not fit a standard footprint, Pallets of Texas manufactures custom dimensions including 40x40, 44x44, 44x42, and 40x48. Any other specification can be built to order.
Two-way and four-way entry configurations are both available. Standard pallets weigh between 35 and 40 pounds depending on design. For a full look at what we offer, see our other popular pallet sizes.
Businesses shipping goods internationally need ISPM-15 compliant wood packaging. Without the official IPPC stamp on your pallets, shipments can be held or turned back at customs. Our ISPM-15 certified heat-treated pallets are available in standard and custom sizes, with no high minimum required for small heat-treated runs.
Every piece of incoming lumber is inspected before production. We reject anything showing rot, pest damage, or structural weakness. Precision cutting and automated assembly keep dimensions and nailing patterns consistent batch to batch. Every finished pallet is inspected again before it leaves the floor.
For specialty freight, oversized equipment, or loads that need structural enclosure rather than an open platform, we build custom wood crates and skids to exact specifications. These are available with no minimum order, the same as our standard pallet runs. Learn more about our full range of pallet offerings.
Surplus used pallets consume floor space and represent value sitting idle. Our Pallet Buyback Program purchases used 48x40 pallet cores by the truckload. Payment comes in cash or as credit toward a future order. For high-volume situations, drop trailer logistics are available. Smaller quantities can be dropped off directly at our Dallas facility.
This is a practical option for Mountain Creek warehouses and manufacturers that have accumulated more pallet inventory than they can move through regular operations.
Mountain Creek sits in southwest Dallas near Mountain Creek Lake, with solid highway access that connects the area to the broader DFW metro. We serve businesses throughout Mountain Creek and across the full Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, including Grand Prairie, Irving, Arlington, and surrounding communities.
Pallets of Texas is a member of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association (NWPCA), holds a BBB A+ rating, and operates out of 5711 W. Ledbetter Drive, Dallas, TX 75236.
