The standard 48x40 pallet is our most common product. It holds up to 4,500 pounds, weighs between 35 and 40 pounds depending on design, and fits standard forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse racking systems across DFW. Grade A lumber is the default. Grade B is available for lighter-duty applications.
When standard dimensions do not work for your freight, we build custom sizes. Common custom dimensions include 40x40, 44x44, 44x42, and 40x48. Any other specification can be manufactured to order.
